- Refund request must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
- Refund requests must be approved prior to return of merchandise. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- Merchandise must be returned with original packaging.
- Refunds are limited to the purchase amount only. Customer is responsible for all postage and handling charges.
- No restocking fee.

Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Expedite service is available via phone orders @ (206) 498-1386. Once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping methods. Our shipping department is closed on all National Holidays. Days when shipping carriers are closed are not counted as a day in shipping and delivery calculations.
