• Refund request must be received within 30 days of delivery date. 
• Refund requests must be approved prior to return of merchandise.  Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
• Merchandise must be returned with original packaging.
• Refunds are limited to the purchase amount only.  Customer is responsible for all postage and handling charges.
• No restocking fee.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Media Mail.  If you need a product shipped using a different method or carrier, call in advance of placing your order.  Once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping methods.
